Pickup is only possible by appointment via phone. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. No shipping costs are charged for pickup.

Returns

Food/drink For food items, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply for the following reason(s):

It concerns the delivery of goods that have a limited shelf life, Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return to protect the health of the consumer, and for hygiene reasons.

Non-food

To give you as a consumer the opportunity to evaluate a product as you would in a store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. This is without penalty and without stating a reason. Please note: you may only have handled and unpacked the product to the extent necessary to inspect it.

Article 8:

Guarantee PAT-NUTRITION BV guarantees under the current agreement only the soundness of the delivery of the products based on the information provided by the customer. PAT-NUTRITION BV never guarantees the achievement of a result. The usability and quality of the products are clarified in the leaflet  or the manufacturer's packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information and to seek expert advice  from a doctor or pharmacist in case of any doubt or uncertainty. All products offered on PAT-NUTRITION BV are registered in Belgium according to Belgian legislation. PAT-NUTRITION BV cannot  be held responsible in any way for non-compliance with laws and regulations in force in the country of receipt.

PAT-NUTRITION BV applies the statutory minimum warranty period of two years for consumer goods. This statutory warranty applies to all tangible movable property. The statutory warranty can be invoked if the non-conformity of the delivered good is established within two years from the delivery of the good to you as a consumer. If the good becomes defective within the first six months after delivery, it is assumed that the defect existed since delivery. If the defect of the good is established more than six months after delivery, you as a consumer must prove that the good was non-conforming at the time of delivery. Any defect that is a direct result of fall, impact, or water damage automatically leads to the expiration of the right to statutory warranty. In the case of such defects, you should inform PAT-NUTRITION BV as soon as possible.You have the right to a free repair or replacement of the product, depending on what is possible and reasonable.

Only if the repair or replacement is excessive or impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, do you have the right to a price reduction or cancellation of the sales contract. If it concerns a minor defect, you cannot demand the cancellation of the contract. The warranty period of two years cannot be extended.

Article 9: Withdrawal Period

 The provisions of this article apply only to customers who purchase items online in their capacity as consumers. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. In the event that the ordered goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last good.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of: - the delivery of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life; - the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. PAT-NUTRITION BV is not responsible for any technical defects in the packaged products or for incorrect statements in the manufacturer's leaflet.PAT-NUTRITION BV cannot be held liable for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of the marketed products. Nor for possible changes in the products made by the manufacturers. Any liability of PAT-NUTRITION BV will be strictly limited to the value of the product in question, determined according to the date of sale. Liability cannot be called into question for minor errors or omissions that may have persisted despite the precautions taken in the presentation of the goods. The photos on the site are shown for informational purposes only. A change in the packaging or the contents of a product cannot be invoked in case of deviation compared to the photo on the site. Texts, drawings, photos, images, data, logos, trade and domain names, trademarks e.d. belong to PAT-NUTRITION BV and third parties and are protected by intellectual rights. It is prohibited - without prior consent from PAT-NUTRITION BV - to store, reproduce, modify, disclose, distribute, transmit, sell or in any other way transfer or grant rights to third parties, under penalty of compensation.

Article 17: Applicable law - Competent court Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of international private law regarding applicable law and with the exception of the Vienna Convention on International Sales of Goods. In the event of disputes, only the courts in Ghent are competent. However, PAT-NUTRITION BV and the customer commit to attempting to resolve any dispute through an amicable settlement.
